I had problems with my jeep a bunch of months back and they were super helpful and nice and got it all fixed for me! & now I have a new car and brought it in for an inspection & they just have great service! Jodi is a really nice lady!

I have a fussy PT cruiser that needs expert attention. I've been bringing her to Napa for five years or so and have found the most honest shop in my area. They research the job and do it for the least fuss and money they can. Then when you pick your car up absolutely everything is itemized and explained in a printout for your records. No customer is treated like a dummy and there is always a good cup of coffee for you. I love this shop.

This place is great the guys here are really friendly they took time to help me with the problem I had with my '93 dodge truck. Like I bought a part from next-door which is also named (Napa)auto parts, and wanted them to install the part which I ordered which they kindly helped me with. But it so happened that this part failed so now I brought back the defective part to napa auto parts, and they kindly helped me order a new part. Knowing that I already paid for the service in installing that part and was thinking I would have to pay the full price all over again for I didn't buy this part directly from them and they kindly told me since I already paid for the part the first time and that they knew I was tight on cash and had a budget I only have to work with. They told me I wouldn't have to worry about anything that it wasn't my fault this part failed. So they said they would replace this part at no extra charge. Outstanding level of care for understanding and helping me in the dilemma i was in! I just want to say thanks to everyone who helped me at Napa auto care & parts...for customer service was excellent for both! I want everyone to know that napa automotive on sunset in antioch is the place i'm happy with and will always come back to to get any part or service done for any of my vehicle needs. Thank you.

I had to smog my car this year and everything passed except my rpm which was running high. Took my car into the Napa Auto Care Center, they kept me in contact the entire time it was there. They offered detailed explanations of the procedures that were available, as well as a thorough write up of all work done. Will definitely be coming back. Did loose a point for cost because it was pricey.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I had a problem with my 2007 Saturn Aura. The oil pressure light was on. I'm pretty mechanical. But realize my limitations. After purchasing the part up front from Napa Auto Parts. I went around back and explained my situation. The mechanic was extremely helpful and understanding. I got my estimate and went home to see if I could install myself. Turns out I didn't have the correct tools in my toolbox. So I call them up on the phone. They told me to bring it right down. This was on a Saturday and spur of the moment. Excellent customer service to get me in and out in half hour. I will definitely go here again if I have other problems I can't do myself. Thanks Napa Auto Care Todd Johnson

Look at the friends' list on each reviewer and all new users 1st comment is to express good things about NAPA care. Suspicious??? People can tell what is real and what is fake!! Whatever happened that day, the truth is one of the service tech turn down my business and convince me the store only do "SMOG REPAIR" only. NAPA advertised on the ad, $20+ for Smog Check + certificate for $8.25 extra. I called earlier and another tech told me they do this service, come on down, but the tech inside the office dishonor the deal and service by fooling around the customer. There are signs/flag that say SMOG check, it just this tech refuse service probably because the deal is too cheap. To make matters worse, the tech told me to go to FIRESTONE for the service. I did and they told me they do not do any Smog Check. I drove to different shops and finally came to a shop on Auto Center willing to give me the same service I ask as listed on the NAPA coupon. But, the sad news, I need to pay more and unhappy how NAPA refuse the service at first, provide wrong suggestion to another store that do not do Smog Check, but coupon and store signs say "they do". I am shock to read about the comment made by the representative of NAPA Care. All he does is saying good things about his shop and how experience is himself and all his other staffs. He never asks me which staff turns down my business or what happened that day in better detail. No body seems to care. Here is my concern... 1). NAPA do not care to investigate. All they say is good things about their shop. 2). The coupons are no longer on the ad as since mid-end Sept 2012. Why??? The truth is NAPA did turn down my service that day which concerns me how can we trust the tech who does not know what is Smog Check, Smog Test, and Smog Repair to touch our cars. This incident could have been reported to the Better Business Bureau, but too anger to even think about the service I got that day for a simple service required by the DMV.

The nightmare began when my husbands 2000 Toyota Tacoma's transmission needed to be replaced. The owner, by the name of Alex Bonilla, was more than eager to take the job and promised he could deliver the job as done in less than one week for $2200.00 to be paid up front. Well, a week came and went. We then get a call from his mechanic explaining that the wrong transmission was delivered, wrong transmission??? Who placed the order? Ok, we gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after one month of these kinds of excuses my husband went to the garage in person to speak to this Alex Bonilla. Mr. Bonilla tried to explain that this is not unusual and that for the price we could not do any better else where. Then to add insult to injury he says that if we take the job else where he can keep $200.00. The nerve of this crook. My husband told him to have the truck ready for towing and to refund our $2000.00 in cash, which the owner made a profit of $200.00 for doing absolutely zilch, but provide mouth work. We took our truck to Delta Transmissions in Antioch and the truck is ready in less than one week. Delta Transmissions in Antioch has been a pleasure to deal with and they have been honorable. The most infuriating detail of this whole thing is that Mr. Bonilla thought we were idiots to be taken advantage of and made a profit of $200.00 because he is a thief. We would not even give his business a star, minus one is more like it. If he went out of business that would be to good to be true and not surprising.
