To Our New and Regular Customers:

What an unforeseeable year 2020 has been for all of us.  Back in March 2020 after the initial  shutdown we franticly wrote a letter to our New and Regular Customers about us staying open via the County designating us an essential business.  We were so grateful that we were considered "Essential".  We of course THOUGHT about the other businesses who weren't as fortunate as us, but had in our minds that it would all be pretty temporary.  While we continue to be grateful for our being deemed essential, the increasing time that has passed since March has changed our idea of "Essential".  ALL SMALL BUSINESSES are and should be considered essential.  So many of our customers and friends businesses have been closed now for months, some possibly never to reopen.  Our hearts break for those dear customers, friends, and those unknown to us personally in the small business world who have been considered "unessential".  Eric and I know the absolute and LITERAL blood, sweat and tears that it has taken to build our Small Business in this day and age.  I can tell you that our lives would be crushed if for no fault of our own that our business was just shut down and considered unnecessary.  Not only is it our honor and privilege to serve you and the community, but we have also always felt an obligation to our employees who depend on our being open to take care of their families.  Again, so much has changed and transpired for us all since March 16, 2020.  In light of the Holidays and the newest shutdown to our fellow Small Businesses, we wanted to take a few moments to show our gratitude for so many things.  Mostly to you, our customers who have continued to support us and our small business during these times.  We are nothing without you, and our employees, of course.  So THANK YOU.  In the words of Mahatma Gandhi - 

A customer is the most important visitor on our premises.  He is not dependent on us.  We are dependent on him.  He is not an interruption in our work - he is the purpose of it.......
